Please note that refund requests made less than 48 hours before the match day cannot be accepted, as all tickets, transfers, and logistics are confirmed and arranged within this period. This policy ensures that we can maintain the quality and reliability of our service for all guests.

In the unlikely event that a match is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers, we will provide a refund or the option to use your ticket for the new date, depending on the official terms set by the event operator.
